This is a fun stretch cuff and collar set with the cuffs attached to the collar with decorative chains. The pieces are made using the double stretch helm weave and using anodized aluminum and EDPM rubber rings. The aluminum contains no nickel, lead or zinc and the rubber contains no latex and so they are hypoallergenic.
