For those who love the Steam Punk Genre. A costume featuring gears fringing the edges of the top. This is shown on the Fringed Heart Top in the Japanese 6-1 chainmail weave. It is constructed with anodized aluminum rings and EDPM rubber rings. The Aluminum rings do not contain any nickel, lead or zinc and the rubber contains no latex and are hypoallergenic.
